Offer valid on all online orders of $50.00 and more. Large items such as Liberator furniture, Love Swings and heavy furniture accessories may incur additional shipping charges. The shipping discount will be automatically applied upon checkout for standard U.S. orders only. Packages ship in discreet brown or USPS envelope/box packaging via USPS or UPS Ground. Additional charges apply for Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day service.
Shipping
Orders placed after 11 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed over a weekend will ship on the next business day.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only, special order and/or custom work will take longer and will be relayed to you.
P.O. Boxes - Shipments to P.O. Boxes are only available through USPS.
USPS shipping cannot accommodate special shipping requests.
Choice of FREE shipping carrier is left to our discretion.
All items are shipped in "plain brown" packaging with "Maco Products" or "Maco Inc." (our corporate shipping names) as the return address.
UPS Ground
Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. UPS ground shipments within Texas/Oklahoma/Louisiana will often arrive the next business day.
UPS 2nd Day
Delivery within 2 business days. Customers with Texas/Oklahoma/Louisiana-bound shipments may opt for the Ground shipping option to save shipping costs as the shipment is likely to arrive the next business day. Certain items may have to ship from one of our Northeastern or Central state warehouses and could take longer.
UPS 3rd Day
Delivery within 3 business days. Customers with Texas/Oklahoma/Louisiana-bound shipments may opt for the Ground shipping option to save shipping costs as the shipment is likely to arrive the next business day.
UPS Next Day
When it absolutely, positively has to be there tomorrow! Non-Texas Customers must place their order by 11 PM, Central Standard Time to receive their products next day. Customers with Texas/Oklahoma/Louisiana-bound shipments may opt for the UPS Ground shipping option to save shipping costs as the shipment is likely to arrive the next business day.
International
We do not ship internationally at this time. This includes Canada and Mexico. We do not deliver to "APO" and "FPO" zip codes. Overseas and foreign orders will not be filled.
Back Orders
All items put on back order will take on average from 7 - 10 business days to be re-shipped to you. Some back orders could take up to 4 weeks.
Shipping Surcharge
Oversized/overweight items may incur an additional fee for shipping and handling charges. Total shipping cost will be calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost of the item based on its weight.
Exchanges
If you purchased merchandise that is defective, you may bring it back to us within 10 days, with its original packaging, and your original receipt, and we will gladly exchange it for you.
- Keep your return merchandise in its original packaging and place it in a box suitable for shipping. Please use the packing slip that was included with your order to indicate that you would like to exchange the item. Place the packing slip in the box along with the return merchandise. Return the box via the carrier of your choice (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Due to the nature of adult novelties we can not exchange or refund an item. We will replace defective merchandise only with new items of the same size and/or style.
