Take the next step in your sexual wellness routine.
The goal of using a Kegel Exerciser is to help build strong Pelvic Floor muscles. Within your kit, you can work your way from the lightest exerciser to the heaviest exerciser. When you can do your Kegel exercises with ease, it is recommended to move to the next heaviest exerciser. The Cal Exotics She-Ology 8-piece Interchangeable Weighted Silicone Kegel Ball Set is an ergonomically designed to tighten and tone pelvic muscles using the 6 interchangeable weights for a fully customizable workout regimen. There is both a Single and a Double Kegel Ball holder with easy retrieval cords made of the same hygienically superior, body safe Silicone the balls are made of. To help get things figured out a Kegel exercise guide from Dr. Sherry Ross is included.
Identify Your Pelvic Floor or PC Muscles aka your Kegels. The first step in using Cal Exotics She-Ology Weighted Kegel Ball Set for your Kegel exercise routine is to find your pelvic floor muscles. The easiest way to identify your pelvic floor muscles is to pee, and while doing so, stop the flow of urine midstream and hold it. Hold the contraction for 3 seconds then relax, allowing the flow of urine to continue. Repeat this a couple of times to help identify your pelvic floor muscles. Another way to identify your pelvic floor muscles is to insert your first two fingers in the vagina, squeeze as if you are holding urine then relax. Repeat this a couple of times to help identify your pelvic floor muscles.
Now that you have identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can perform your Kegel Exercises. Before you begin, empty your bladder. Next, find a time and a quiet place where you can be comfortable either sitting or lying down. Start with the exerciser you are most comfortable with; if you are a beginner, it is the lightest exerciser in your kit. Insert a well-lubricated exerciser into the vagina, leaving the retrieval cord outside of the vagina for easy removal. A water-based Lube is recommended.
To begin your Exercises, contract your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for 5 seconds, and then relax for 5 seconds. Try it 4 or 5 times in a row. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for 10 seconds at a time, relaxing for 15 seconds between contractions. There is really a wrong time to practice your Kegel Exercises. It is recommended to practice your Kegel exercises daily, starting with 15 contractions each day, gradually increasing to 50 contractions. You may notice a benefit to your pelvic floor strength in 8 to 12 weeks when done faithfully.
